For the project, Maple Blueprint Inc. conducted a full UI/UX redesign to resolve issues of confusing navigation, inconsistent visual elements, and a cumbersome onboarding process. Our work began with deep user research interviews, surveys, and analytics to identify pain points across different user personas. We then moved into wireframes and mockups, established a unified design system for consistent typography, colors, and icons, and created interactive prototypes. After conducting usability tests and gathering feedback, we iterated on visual hierarchy and micro-interactions, delivering a polished interface that raised retention rates, reduced user drop-off, and earned positive testimonials from users.
